Eligibility & Program Guidelines

  • We are seeking primarily lifestyle, home, creative, and food & beverage businesses. If your business falls outside of this scope we encourage you to contact us before applying.

  • The monthly fee includes rent & utilities for your space and scales as you progress through the program. Beginning at $131/mo and scaling to $392/mo.

    No percent of sales or consignment fee - you retain 100% of revenue from your store!

  • Applications will be reviewed by a panel of judges and evaluated based on relevant criteria including: business concept, market demand/district fit, overall quality, etc.
