Eligibility & Program Guidelines

  • Your business must be based in Portsmouth with a valid Portsmouth business license and an eligible physical product available in sufficient quantities. Your business must have a professional logo, packaging, and website. Customers who purchase your products from Bloom Market must be able to contact you.

    Eligible businesses should have a business plan, desire to grow, and a willingness for owners/operators to attend training programs and receive personalized guidance from mentors.

  • You must sell consumer products like: shelf-stable packaged food or drinks, jewelry, skincare, hair care, cosmetics, clothing, candles, personal accessories, paper products, artwork, children's products, plants, flowers, and home goods.

    Ineligible products categories include: alcoholic beverages, live animals, medical, hazardous materials/electronics, adult products, used/refurbished products, products that require serial number tracking, or products requiring freight delivery.

    Resold products will be evaluated case-by-case depending on the type of product(s) and sourcing.

  • Flat monthly fee of $49 per month. No percent of sales or consignment fee - you get 100% of revenue from your products!

  • Applications will be reviewed by a panel of judges and evaluated based on relevant criteria including: functionality and/or usability, overall quality, reliability, safety, packaging quality, product availability.

  • Applications will reopen after the grand opening in March 2024 and will remain open with regular review cycles. Make sure your application is in for the next vendor opening!

  • While all applications will be reviewed based on merits, active Bloom Coworking members will be given priority over non-member applications that receive a similar rating from judges.
